Do I need to be home during service?
Nope. As long as we can safely access your yard, you do not need to be home.
Do you take the waste with you?
No. Pet waste is securely double bagged and placed in your outdoor trash can after service.
What if it’s raining?
We can usually work through light rain. Heavy rain or unsafe weather may require us to reschedule, and we’ll keep you updated if that happens.
Is there a contract?
No. You can change or cancel your recurring service at any time.
Can you clean up after more than one dog?
Absolutely. We service homes with multiple dogs. Just include the number of dogs when requesting your quote so we can price your service accurately.
How will I know my yard was serviced?
You’ll receive service confirmation when we’re finished, including a photo showing that your gate was closed and secured.
Do you clean your equipment between yards?
Yes. Our tools and equipment are sanitized between properties to help reduce the risk of cross contamination.
